CIVIL War Tintype Photo Charles Johns 9th Regiment Kansas Cavalry & Documents

  

Grouping includes a 2.5x3.75 tintype photo of johns circa 1870. There is a 7x9 frame with two photos of charles johns. Written on back paper it states the one on the left was taken when he was 15 years old just after he came to us from germany.

The photo on the right is shows johns as a 2nd lt during the civil war. There are also two small photos of charles johns taken in 1918 as a older man. I will also include the copies of muster roll documents concerning his civil war service and a copy of the state of kansas civil war commission to 2nd lt. A fine addition to your collection.
