1860's Reverend Thomas H Stack tintype. Stack was born in Union Virginia. He was attending VMI when the US Civil War started. Stack graduated Georgetown University in 1868. Stack was the president of Boston College in 1887.

He served a month before he died in office. Tintype is about 2 by 4 inch overall with the mat.

The mat has stains, toning, wear and creasing. The tintype has stains, toning, wear, creasing, scratches, rust, emulsion and paint loss. For those that don't know me, I'm quite partial to Georgetown University. In other words don't hold your breath on an offer being sent on this one.
