Here is a great CDV of an unknown officer photographed in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He is wearing his sword and his beautiful officer's Hardee hat with embroidered Infantry horn and Eagle are sitting on the table. Some 360 men from Great Barrington fought in the Civil War.

Narrowing the fact down that he is a junior Infantry officer, he probably can be identified.
