According to the research that was included with the photo, this is Captain Joseph M. Parker of the 32nd Regiment US Colored Infantry Company G. Company G was organized at Camp William Penn in Philadelphia in 1864. This photograph was taken in Philadelphia, PA. NOTE: There is, what appears to be, a bite mark on the upper/right corner of the photo. Don't ask me why.

Also, all the research done on this photo was furnished by the previous owner. The CDV measures approixmately 4"x2.5".
