Rare estate portrait of a Confederate Major General who served with the Forrest Calvary Corps. He lost his left arm in the war.

The photo has some wear as shown in the photos. We have secured it from the back. The ribbon on his coat states he was a Major General and that he served with the FCC. The vintage board backing for the portrait is embossed with the name H.
