So I screwed up at the militaria show. As a collector of 117th NY stuff I have seen this picture associated to the regiment. The Adjutant General also says, Captain Benjamin F Miller subsequent service 151st NY.

This is untrue because they are two completely different people. This is Benjamin F Miller of the 151st New York. Includes four different views: 1 Before enlisted. 2 Full standing view with sword.

You can clearly see 151 inside the horn. 3 End of war bust shot.
