Emma Webb was a noted New Orleans, Louisiana actress who performed in Boston & New York in 1860 at age 16. Emma was an outspoken Secessionist who publicly debated Abolitionist Anna Dickinson. An original 9 x 7 sepia photo of Emma Webb and fellow Actor George C Boniface in an acting role, circa 1862. Before the Assassination Boniface was a friend of and fellow actor with John Wilkes Booth.

Image has exc clarity and nice tones, a 1/2 tear in top margin, small scrapes, Overall VG. I got this many years ago with some other actor images from the Civil War era. General Orders and other imprints and badges. All items are unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic and in the condition as described.
