Civil War CDVs

  

This is a small collection of five CDVs, most of which originally came from a large collection of material from the estate of Major George Mason of the 12th IL Infantry. The condition of each ranges from fair to very good.

Two have backmarks (Boston & Cincinnati). Three of the CDVs have identifications/signatures- two in period ink and one has been signed in pencil. The CDV of the standing officer wearing a sword (corners clipped) has pencil notations on the back with what looks to be a name, but I can't make it out as the writing is very faded.
