It is enclosed in an embossed Patriotic U. Flag leatherette square case with lock. Picture is hand tinted with buttons painted over to look more gold. Picture measures 2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. Gold trim around picture exterior. Burgundy crushed velvet trim around gold and other side of case. Locking hooks present and functioning. Picture has not been removed from case. It may or may not have a name behind it.
