Absolutely beautiful and fantastic Civil War 1/6th plate Tin Type photograph of an Armed Cavalryman. This image, myself and a few other think is identifiable. We believe weve seen his face but cant recall where. We believe he was in some kind of government role but cannot recall exactly. One shows him in his uniform and yielding a sword.

The other of him later on in life. The case is beautiful but has a bit of damage. The bottom portion of the backside has broken off, it does stay there when placed back but could you some attention. The case is beautiful even without the damage. I will accept the first fair offer received!
