This seems to be a Union photo case lid/top. However the wood case it is on seems to deeper than average for an antique photo case. Not totally sure if it did house a photo. Could be the Washington monument top was taken from a photo case and mounted onto the wood later?
I'm not 100% sure about this one. Condition is excellent for what it is. Lid/top only, no photo included. NOTE: I'm being told by several eBays this started life as a collar box lid. I assume it may still appeal to the collector of photo cases so I'll leave it here for now.
