Civil War Confederate Tintype

  

Original 9th plate tintype of a Confederate soldier wearing a slouch. Hat, shell jacket with painted gold buttons. Comes in a full case with repaired spine. Tintype is in very good or better antique condition behind mat and glass. There are a couple of tiny mat abrasions and note that the circled black spot in my photo is a piece of debris stuck to the underside of the glass, not damage.
