Beautiful woman & ornate antique organ in this original Alexander Gardner studio portrait photo. In the lower left corner is A. GARDNER, Photographer and in the lower right corner is the address of his photography studio 511 Seventh Street, Washington. Unfortunately no other indentifying info like a date or her name. It's a beautiful composition with nice details in her style and the beautiful organ.

When held at a certain light you can see the color added to her cheeks & lips. This is a larger portrait than a cabinet card with the photo being about 7" x 9" and about 10" x 12" with the border. There's definitely some condition issues including soiling, creases, a tear in the border on the right side, marks and overall age & wear.
