This is a rare, unpublished battle flag image of the colors of the 84th Illinois Volunteer Infantry. Signed on verso, Compliments of Col. With a list of their major campaigns. One hole used to hang the CDV to pegboard long ago, dark toning, but image and manuscript quite clear and strong.
