EMPTY PATRIOTIC SHIELD, CANNONS & FLAGS - GUTTA PERCHA UNION CASE - FOR A CIVIL WAR TINTYPE OR AMBROTYPE. The Scarce case known as, "Shield, Cannons and Flags" Berg 1-50. The housing would be an ideal case for your Civil War tintype or ambrotype in need of a nice case. CONDITION: Please view my detailed photos for the actual condition of the image and as part of my description. The case is in good plus condition with tight hinges and working clasp (although a bit sticky and appears the hinges may have been previously repaired).

The case has a nice maroon velvet pillow. There are three minor corner chips and a tiny hairline at the clasp.
