Original civil war soldier tintype ambrotype photos

  

Lot of 8 civil war soldier tintypes/ambrotypes. All half case some crazing, breaks etc. These maybe the only images left of these soldiers and no matter condition, these images for these soldiers need to live on.

If not I feel they may be forgotten and their service and sacrifice need to be immortalized. I have had these for awhile, like have never cared for perfect condition images.

Any true enthusiast should be into it for the history, not the profit. None of these images are Id'd. But they need to be preserved and remembered. I'm passing them on to another collector.
