Enlisted on 8/26/1862 as a Private. On 9/20/1862 he mustered into "F" Co. He was Mustered Out on 7/7/1863 at Hartford, CT.Member of GAR Post # 147 E. He applied for a pension on 7/18/1890 from the state of MA.
