Two uncased tintypes of Private Luther L Adams and friends in the 22nd Connecticut Vols. Both Tins are dark and not in perfect condition, though the group shot is quite interesting. Enlisted on 8/26/1862 as a Private. On 9/20/1862 he mustered into "F" Co. He was Mustered Out on 7/7/1863 at Hartford, CT.
Member of GAR Post # 147 E. He applied for a pension on 7/18/1890 from the state of MA.His Widow (Louise Adams) applied for a pension on 7/21/1905 from the state of MA.
