Civil War Ambrotype of Union Artillery Soldier Armed with ID Brooch made from coin
Sixth plate ambrotype of young armed artillery soldier in a nice union case. The image is crystal clear and also comes with his ID badge. I haven't been able to find the soldier, but it shouldn't be that difficult considering he was in Company "F" of the 1st Artillery. Cool image and badge that have always been together. Brooch is made from a seated liberty quarter dollar from the period.
