CIVIL War Quarter Plate Tintype Artillery Men Gutta Percha Case Tinted Sword

  

Original Civil War era quarter plate tintype of 3 artillery men. The 2 men on the left are wearing shell jackets, both with muskets and bayonets. The man on the far left is wearing a kepi with artillery insignia, the one in the middle is wearing a slouch hat with crossed cannons insignia. The man on the far right has no headgear, and is holding a 1840 artillery sword with scabbard.

Note the star corps badge. This image comes in its original gutta percha case with nice details. Measures 4in wide x 4 7/8in high. A couple chips on the case edges.
