Original 1862 photograph of the aftermath of the battle of Fredericksburg in the Civil War and highlighting the famous bombed out Willis House. Issued in 1912 on the fiftieth anniversary of the battle, the photo carries the stamp from Matthew Brady studios and it still has over 110 years of age to it! Photo has a crease and some wear from news-room use but it presents well and from Brady's famous studios!
