1/6 pre civil war ambrotype bearded man Kentucky Tennessee family

  

1/6 ambrotype of a bearded man, housed in an 1850s union case. He is not identified, but he was picked up in a small lot along with other identified members of the henry green sandifer family of lancaster and danville, kentucky, as well as some tennessee connections. Ambrotype is in very good antique condition with some age-related darkening around the permiter; case is very good with a few small edge nicks, tight hinges, opens and closes fine.
