For sale is a Civil War era CDV taken from a daguerreotype of an unidentified Mexican War era brigadier general clutching his M1832 General Officer's Sword and wearing his M1832 officer's dress uniform with corresponding belt plate. The unidentified general's cheeks and lips have been lightly tinted by the photographer, who is not known as the CDV has no backmark.
