Civil War Photograph CDV & Tintype Brothers in Co B 23rd Massachusetts Civil War

  
This trio of images came to me in an album page, with 2 full ID's and one partial ID. The first in the pics is LeRoy Chamberlain. LeRoy enlisted in the Company B of the 23rd Mass Volunteer Infantry on 12/4/1861. He was listed as a 28 year old tinplate worker. The other side lists Ira Chamberlain, and AOC.

With some detective work, I found AOC to be Alfred Otis Chamberlain. AOC enlisted 7/25/1862 into Company B of the 23rd Mass. This pair of brothers has a collection of letters sent during the war stored in the Peabody Essex Museum.

There is one piece of paper stuck on Alfred's tintype but I believe will come off if you carefully wet and remove it. Backstamp on the tintype only.
