Original Id'd CIVIL War Armed Soldier Sixth Tintype Photo 88th Ohio Camp Chase

  

Up for sale is a super id'd armed sixth plate tinted tintype photo of Phillip Bradley of the 88th O. Image shows a full standing pose of Bradley holding his bayoneted rifle and showing his leather accoutrements. The tintype is lightly tinted with gold accents to buttons and plates.

Writing underneath photo and signed by him and reads > THIS AMBROTYPE WAS TAKEN AT CAMP CHASE APRIL! Bradley enlisted on 8-16-1862 at Camp Chase Ohio as a private in the 88th O. Company B, and mustered out on 7-3-1865.

Image comes in a half leatherette case with floral designs, and has Phillip Bradley also written on case. Overall good condition with light age flaws as seen in pictures.
