Fredricks, Havana, Cuba showing the Government Palace and. On the back is written, "Palac'o de Gob'o (Gobierno), Hab'a". CDV is approximately 4" x 2.5" and in overall very good antique condition.. Half on the back side has a light roughness to it for some reason.
